Q1: What products can you supply?
A: We are specialized in mobile phone accessories and audio consumer electronic products, including audio adapters, audio cables, Bluetooth earphones, smart eyewear glasses, smart watches, power chargers, be free to contact us for the latest products.
Q2: Can you provide OEM service? Like to have our logo or company name printed on products or package?
A: We mainly do OEM orders. There are many solutions available to print your logo on both products and packages. Logo can be silk screen printed or laser logo on products accordingly, please send us your artwork in JPG, AI or CRD. Meanwhile, we can assist to develop and complete the design together.
Q3: Do you accept customized design or be able to make modifications to the design such as color, material changed?
A: Yes, we have own molding room and injection machines, and our engineers could assist and support to turn your ideas into finished products. Welcome to send us your design and OEM inquiry.
Q4: Do you have your own brand?
A: Yes, we have our own brand “DEEDGET”, since we do OEM more it’s small brand at the moment, while we keep working on it for better expanding.
Q5: Do you offer samples before bulk order ?
A: Yes, regular samples are available within 2 days. For bulk order, we provide free samples for quality testing and also offer OEM service to customize samples .
Q6: What is your lead time for mass production?
A: Generally it is about 25-30days for OEM orders, you may quote with detailed turn base on your order.
Q7: What package do you provide ?
A: We pack our products in bags, blisters, boxes, cartons, pallets, etc.
Q8: What is your Minimum Order Quantity ?
A: Generally MOQ is 3,000pcs per model for OEM, and we accept small quantity for your trial order.
Q9: What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance payment before delivery. L/C at sight is acceptable as well.
Q10: How do you control the quality?
A: We have strict quality control system to ensure good quality in the whole production process with our automatic equipment. Meanwhile, we welcome our customers to inspect the goods before delivery.
